Grown and dried in Canada, our shiitake mushrooms are cultivated without synthetic chemicals and dehydrated at peak freshness to preserve their deep umami flavour and meaty texture. These premium mushrooms are ideal for broths, stir-fries, sauces, and vegetarian dishes.
Instructions for Use:
To Rehydrate: Soak mushrooms in warm water for 20–30 minutes until soft. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid. (Reserve the soaking liquid for extra flavour in soups or sauces.)
To Cook: Slice or chop rehydrated mushrooms and add to your recipe as needed.
**Please remove the stems after the mushrooms are rehydrated**
Storage: Keep the dried mushrooms in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening to maintain freshness.
